Cleaning and restoration of the main facade of the Plaza de la Marina Española and the side of Calle del Reloj, as well as the cover of the Plenary Hall.
Molds and reproductions of the artificial stone cornice pieces were made and sewn with fiberglass rods, replacing all the zinc and lead eaves of cornices and eardrums.
Restoration of the facade carpentry with veneers and paint.
On the roof of the Plenary Hall, the existing fiber cement sheets were replaced by an oriented fiber board, with insulation and a finishing board on which a zinc cover was placed, in the Belgian style, and which was equipped with an inspection walkway for future conservation work.
