Entire refurbishment of the building adapting the existing spaces to its new use, adapting a building conceived as a family residence.
Vertical opening in the central space over which a large glass skylight was opened.
Restoration of the decorative elements of the facades, restoring them to their original state, on the outside; and on the inside, to recover as far as possible all the materials and original elements of the palace, such as the magnificent 19th century fireplace of the current library that was located in the basement.
