- Integral rehabilitation of the 1931 building and total redistribution of spaces for the execution of 25 homes. The building consists of 4 duplexes and 21 one-storey homes of between 55 and 150m2 built.
- · Excavation of 3 basements at the bottom of the plot (outside the footprint of the existing building) for the execution of car and motorcycle parking.
- · The execution of storage rooms for homes in the basement -1 is foreseen
- · Dismantling of the original wooden roof of trusses and execution of a new roof respecting the original perimeter waters.
- Electrical installation managed with home automation and execution of transformation center.
- The exterior facades and courtyards will be rehabilitated, considering the north and east facades, protected by CIPHAN.
- DHW and air conditioning installations managed with aerothermy.
- The elevator and staircase core will be rehabilitated maintaining the original position and morphology.
- Common facilities of swimming pool, garden area, gym and technical rooms for facilities.
