- The building object of this project is dated from date of construction in 1922 for residential use.
- Rehabilitation project of a building of 17 homes for residential use.
- Modification of passage holes in load-bearing walls depending on the distribution.

- Restoration of the whole façade consisting of:
o General cleaning and repair of lime mortars in their beige color.
o Replacement of the current window joinery with new carpentry.
o Restoration of locksmith of main entrance door and railings of balconies of plants.
- For the heating of the houses a system will be installed by underfloor heating.
- For the air conditioning of the houses, a cooling floor system with fan-coil support for cooling will be installed.
