- Rehabilitation of the old Valencia Pavilion that was built for the IV International Country Fair held in spring 1959.
- Extension of the basement surface by means of structural reinforcements and rehabilitation of the original piles that support the building.
- Demolition of the old tile roof and replacement with a new one of the same characteristics including a skylight to provide natural light to the interior of the building.
- Rehabilitation of the old tower.
- Restoration of original decorative elements such as the weather vane of the tower, decorative pinnacles crowning the corners of the roof, stone plinths on the facade, main wooden doors of the building and grating on the balconies.
- Rehabilitation of the facade with acrylic mortar coating.
- Installation of a new elevator.
- New construction of the two main staircases of the building. Stairs with iron structure and folded sheet, with finishing in industrial oak platform floor.
- Main installation of air conditioning, electricity and fire protection to service the four pavilions: Valencia Pavilion, Exhibition Pavilion, Icona I and Icona II.
- Installation of new telecommunications network connecting to the existing network.
- Installation of Iroko wood exterior carpentry.
- Installation of security system.
- Conditioning of the gardens of the Valencia Pavilion, transplanting of trees and planting of new ones.
