The foundation is by means of isolated and continuous footings. The basement for the storage rooms is a foundation slab.
- The robotic car park is made up of a screen of micropiles. This allows us to reach the level of -13 m to make a 5-storey mechanical system where 22 parking spaces are installed.

The new structure is mixed, combining reinforced concrete and metal. Part of the old is consolidated and reinforced by combining with the new execution.

The building has a common and private rooftop, swimming pool, gym and community patios.

The air conditioning of each home will be by means of aerothermal heat pumps, as well as a radiant/cooling roof. Extra contribution through fan-coils.
